| ACCOMMODATION |
International Competitors
Two (2) nights free accommodation (22nd & 23rd August 2008) will be provided to all couples competing in the “IPDSC Open” & “IDSF Open” category. |
| AIRPORT |
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
The organizer will pay the cost of local transport from KLIA to Berjaya Times Square Hotel on August 21st and August 22nd. Competitors must submit flight details to the organisers by August 10th. |
| EXPENSES |
The Organizer does not pay any travelling expenses. |
| ENTRY FEE |
RM150 entry fee for each couple. (Limited to 2 categories as listed). Competitors must be a current member of MDSB or their country respective IDSF Body to qualify to compete in the IDSF Open (World Ranking Event) |
| GALA TICKETS |
Dinner tickets of RM390 (1st Row), RM280 (2nd Row) and RM170 (3rd Row) per person are available.
Afternoon competition is FREE to the public for viewing. |

Per Video cam & per Camera recording per session at RM100, Official
Video recording & photographing are in attendance and DVDS & PHOTOS are available for purchase at site.

| RULES |
- All overseas competitors must be members of their respective National DanceSport Associations who are members of the IDSF or IPDSC
- All Malaysian competitors must be members of Malaysian DanceSport Berhad.
- The Championship Organiser reserves the right to refuse entries from persons whose status are unclear according to IDSF and IPDSC Rules.
- No change of partner is allowed in the same event.
- All competitors must be dressed in appropriate costumes as specified in the IDSF Dress code
- All competitors must attend rehearsals as requested by the Championship Organiser.
- All competitors must be present for their events on time. Late-comers will be disqualified.
- Doping is strictly forbidden. The IOC Rules on doping shall apply. Any persons assisting or inciting others in the contravention of doping rules shall be considered as having committed an offence and will be subject to disciplinary action.
- The Championship Organiser reserves the right to change the programme of events without prior notice.
- The Championship Organiser will not accept any liability, claims for injuries, damage or loss suffered by the competitors.
- The judges’ decision shall be final.
- In the event of any question or matter arising out of any point which is not expressively provided for in the rules, the Championship Organiser shall have the power to use its own discretion.
- Date of Birth must be stated on the entry form for Junior, and Masters Categories. The Organiser may request proof of age.

Release of All Claims
In the event of Television coverage or production of a Video Recording for commercial purposes of any part of the competitions, we agree that the rights to any fee for such television or video recording will vest solely with the Organizer and no competitor shall have any claim against the Organizer, Television Company or Video Producer at any such event.
ATTENTION ALL COMPETITORS!
Please be advised that ALL PRELIMINARY heats for ALL categories will take place at the BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER OPEN CONCOURSE during the daytime on the 23rd August 2008. This will be made free of charge for members of the public to attend.
The exact program and starting times of the competition will be planned once registrations are confirmed. Please note that it might last from 9am-7pm depending on the number of heats involved.
Only the SEMI-FINALS and FINALS of selected levels from each dance category will be held in the MANHATTAN BALLROOM of the BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE HOTEL in the evening of the 23rd August 2008 during the Gala Dinner.
